The 19th Century antique chests that are found in the LINDA HORN inventory are all excellent examples of that period, especially when one considers that antique dressers or chest of drawers can be difficult to find in good condition. The collection has a handsome English mahogany two-piece military chest on chest with brass handles from the 1880’s. It also features a fine example of a chest of drawers in burled walnut on bun feet and a Dutch marquetry dressing room chest with mirror. Several painted antique English bamboo chest of drawers are in stock with chinoiserie painted fronts, as are chests in English oak. Finally, there is an Adirondack hardwood chest in a mosaic twig pattern that would be appropriate as a child’s bedrooms chest. Be sure to check the LINDA HORN website often for antique chest of drawers.
